Unavoiding the Unavoidable

Not getting a beta invite early on I decided not to ignore the hype and not bother with D3 until it actually released. But a friend on Battle.Net mentioned the stress test is this weekend so ... yeah. Whatever. Would like to see what it looks like now that it's less than three weeks away.

All Done Despite Maximal Foot Dragging

Fighting for egg spawns is the worst. I wasn't able to get anything for the alts. And it took every ounce of will power to finish up the 600 eggs seen in this screenshot. *sigh* Horrible event.

Caught an article on MSNBC about Jack Tramiel's death on Sunday. Wow, total blast from the past. I remember that name from my Commodore and Atari upbringing. How his son Sam also got more involved after Jack had moved to Atari then became CEO when Jack left. Seeing all the names and models thrown around really hit me with waves of nostalgia. I'm getting really, really old to be remembering things like this.

We're Gonna Have Fans Involved Completely

Just read an incredible article about how Wasteland 2 is now a reality. It's amazing to see a fan base come together like this.
