There's a FAQ up with some new information about the pre-launch days in Star Wars. It sounds like it's going to be a staged thing, with priority given on "the date and order in which you redeemed your Pre-Order code, as well as where you live and your Internet service." That leaves a lot of wiggle room for BioWare so I'm sure there's QQ'ing about it.
